Over the past many years my primary focus has been to interact and learn how to create a positive customer experience, and how to take it to the next level. My recent move to OpinionLab Inc has given me the ability to stay on that path, but through a new, technological dimension.

15 years ago, sitting in front of a CRT, lifting the handset and solving customer concerns, t’was the beginning of my path. A time came, when working in the Industrial Sector, when I realized that serving customers was challenging, yet very satisfying. I took my experience from the tiny manufacturing office, and began to explore sales and customer management in the Medical Industry, Diagnostics, Industrial Supply, Insurance and Real Estate. Working with people that searching for answers and results. Working with people that come to you to learn, and learning that you can assist clients to self improve, grow and develop. This is a feeling like no other.

Today, OpinionLab has opened a new chapter of my self development via an exciting Sales Executive role working with fortune 500 corporations and offering a Voice of Customer solutions to support corporate Brand, Marketing and Website Communication, as well as their customer’s experience.

To some degree, we are all consumers, clients, customers and partners. We have vested interest in our grocery stores, local shops, all the way through phone companies and manufacturers of our personal belongings.

We have a Voice.
